Cn u help? My son needs to re-home his 7year old neutered cross breed medium sized dog, another family member has offered to take him however she has a golden Labrador, 2 yrs old, not neutered. neither dog is aggressive but they have not met yet. any ideas as to how they may get along and how we facilitate this in the best way possible?

I’d take both of them to a neutral area for a first meeting and have them leashed. When I helped someone re-home a Golden Retriever in a home that already had two older Goldens, we had all three dogs come out leashed to meet in her driveway a few times. Then, she went to the new home and settled right in.
I have to male pits one is 5 the bigger on is about 2.Both were fix before they were one year. Most the time they are best friends.Sometimes they fight over toys when you yell at the younger dog he stops but the older dog wont i have to break it up.what can i do to stop it

I adopted a French bulldog from a foundation who saved dogs from puppy mills that miss treated puppies.
Ralph is 4 months old and from what I suspect, they didn’t take him for walks or even let him out of his cage, so know he has very weak back legs.
his been with me for only a couple of weaks. I’ve been taking him out for a lot of walks, but whenever I want to put him on a leash, he will sit down or just freeze and won’t move a muscle. Some times he does this even without the leash. Most of the time I end up caring him if I want to get somewhere.

Hi
I have a young border collie pup and he seems to be attacking my 4 year old maltese more each day..
he is only young but i fear it will get worse before it gets better.
How can i stop him ??

I have a Japanese chin and a shih-shu.Had Japanese chin for about 10 yrs. tHE SHIH-SHU about 2years. About 2months ago they sTARTED FIGHTING .Somebody knockes on the door they start fighting
,the phone rings,a car pulls up they start fighting. what to do? Ican’t hardly get them apart.
